A Modest Proposal of Immense Proportions

The arts are the prerequisite way of human knowing; integral and essential to daily life; our templates of learning and possibilities; and our wellsprings of perspective, insight, meaning-making, and understanding for individuals and communities alike. They deserve a healthy and vibrant artsphere (arts ecosystem) in which to operate and thrive. The Prairie Filaments Cultural Substrate, and the participarts (arts champions) who support it, nourishes the artsphere and engenders a United Arts of America. This is the modest proposal of immense proportions.
