Publishing this book means I can help homeowners become aware of their options, and rights regarding Short Sales, Foreclosure, and Default. Use caution when hiring a Realtor; make sure he/she is certified to do Short Sales. Knowledge is powerful and taking the correct action makes it successful. Unfortunely about 97% of Realtors in my area do not know how to help their clients, and worse yet they do not refer the client.
