Proceedings of the Fourth International Network Conference 2004 (INC2004)

This book presents the proceedings of the Fourth International Network Conference (INC 2004), hosted by the Network Research Group at the University of Plymouth, UK, from 6th to 9th July 2004. INC 2004 has attracted authors from 24 countries and these proceedings contain a total of 69 papers, organised into five thematic chapters.
