A COLLECTION OF STORIES AND POEMS

This is a collection of short stories written as a combined effort by three authors. Here we can meet such characters as Peggy who longs to hear from her son on mother’s day. Barnaby an accountant, who goes into his office one morning and then is plunged into a nightmare. Mr Robinson a widower who one day puts a red carnation in his buttonhole and meets the love of his life. Alf and Mabel a Yorkshire couple who go abroad for the first time. Maud and Bert a couple who have just moved into an old people’s residential home. These are just a few of the fourteen stories in this book. There is also a selection of poems written by all three authors and some their individual short stories too.
