But when she tries new things, Fran ruins a few of favorite outfits. When Fran finds out that her grandparents are moving to town, she is excitedly. She can’t wait to spend time with them. During her time as a second grader at Oceanview Elementary School, Fran realizes that there is a time and place for her pretty clothes to be worn.
