A Treatise of the Knowledge of God

ByPeter Du Moulin

Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
Peter Du Moulin (or Pierre) (1601-1684), was a Anglican divine, scholar and a zealous Calvinistic Minister. In this exceptionable and practical work, Du Moulin covers the manner in which men come to a knowledge of God through special revelation. Knowing God is the foundation of Christian theology and the prerequisite of all true faith. He covers human reason, the image of God in man, the Essence of who God is, and how true knowledge is attained through scripture. He demonstrates that the knowing God through the Word is a study in God’s personal communications set down for all-time in the written Word. While this work gives us information about knowledge concerning God and Christ with clarity and grace, it does much more: it aids us in actually knowing him, in building our relationship with him, and helps draw us closer to him in love and worship. This work is not a scan or facsimile and has been made easy to read with an active table of contents for electronic versions.
