Hobos of Honeytown

A little over a hundred years ago lived the colorful, eccentric, nonconformists on a heavily wooded river bluff of a burgeoning American city. Within the satirical, fictitious plot, a plethora of comedic characters carried out their unburdened lifestyle, eventually caught up in the drama of society, from the darkness of the crumbling skid row across the river, and on into the prosperous core of the metropolis. A plethora of characters like Pinky, Big Bob, Black John, Oiva, Polkadots, Barbara, Angel, and Herman the German live in tents and ramshackle hovels on the often ludicrous edge of society ripe with enrapturement, foibles, failures, and sublimity. In a dog-eat-dog scenario unfolds an allegory, perhaps that which predicts the fate of mankind in the future, all in a multifaceted, churning of the machinations of society in a Machiavellian plot. 'Hobos of Honeytown' is laughable, ridiculous wit and can be enjoyed by anyone wanting a journey into the absurd and having a seatbelt on their chair.
