Fin must capture a sadistic psychiatrist who has hypnotized his youngest daughter before the girl kills herself. Someone has recently delivered 5 eaten, headless, castrated and dismembered teenage corpses to the Jersey City Mayor; they looked like pot roasts minus the twine. Fin, who was trained to be a Roman Catholic priest, suspects the psychiatrist, believing him to be possessed. The mayor is leaving town and has placed Fin in charge of the cannibal issue, fearing it is a werewolf.
