Digital Inheritance: Protecting your digital and financial assets in the new world

When we started building the digital inheritance service DGLegacy, my partner Ana and I already understood the magnitude of the problem we were dealing with – that if anything happened to either of us, the chances were high that our physical, digital, and financial assets would stay in the financial and insurance institutions which held them, instead of reaching our families. It was weird how the high-level description of the problem of unclaimed assets and the practice of asset protection intersected in the very personal stories behind the problem. These personal stories were our primary motivation to write this book. We hope that this book will help you to avoid featuring in such a story in the future.
