A hint of a nod in the direction of a sneaking suspicion

‘A hint of a nod…’ is a novel that asks the following question: Are we brave enough to take the risk of believing that what we have makes us as happy as we deserve to be? The question is asked through the mind of the narrator, Sebastian; although it is only his ex-girlfriend, Gabrielle, who ever refers to him by name. If Gabrielle and all she brought to his life are one side of the coin, the other is the freedom he had previously experienced as a single, reasonably affluent, young man. ‘A hint of a nod…’ is set in the present day (2002) and in real locations. It includes original music and lyrics, and a method for Roulette that has served the author well.
