This book originated with a manuscript first circulated on the web in 1997 in Usenet newsgroups such as alt.politics, alt.conspiracy.jfk and alt.politics.economics.
The core of the manuscript embodies the extent of corporate hegemony and control of the economy of the United States (by way of the corporate 'personhood' of the horrific 1886 Santa Clara decision of the Supreme Court) and the control of the world economy by way of multi-national corporations with the primary aim to reduce the citizens of the world to serfs.
The manifestation of corporate control of the national political framework is rendered through the consideration of seven fundamental elements of operation including the marginalization of the workforce, the marginalization of healthcare, the disinformation and propaganda establishment, the educational adjunct to the corporatocracy and the market system.
