The Art of Elsewhere: First Paradox

This is the fourth book in the "Elsewhere" series. Ron Doyle and Gerry Miller have followed their old Nemisis, Leonard Phelps, through time to the end of the world. Phelps is sly, however, and pulls a sleight-of-hand that sends them back to the Beginning. They do not know it, but their best efforts are being shadowed by another young man who has discovered the time machine by accident, and is trying to use it to save the young lady he loves. When all of these factors rush toward each other, the result is best described by Lisa Doyle who says "We’ve caused the Fall of Eden and Armageddon all in one day’s work."
