100 Years Air Traffic Control
1922 - 2022, an incomplete history
ByPhilippe DomogalaPhilip Marien
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
This book takes a look at how air traffic control evolved over the past 100 years. Air traffic control was not invented, and the book does not aim to be the all-encompassing, complete history of the profession. Air traffic control evolved out of necessity, following the hindsight realisation that aviation could be made safer and more efficient. In many cases, the trigger was one or more accidents that created a need to improve.
