1831 Commencement Address by Rutgers College President Philip Milledoler, who also serves as Professor of Theology at Dutch Reformed Seminary of New Brunswick, N.J. The Emancipation of American slaves is a key issue developed here, as Milledoler looks to freedom extended to Africa by way of the Colonization Society.
