This book covers the complete history of this incredible car following its original conception by Richard Oakes in 1971 right through until the present day. Different chapters cover its history in the UK as well as the USA and Australia. Part two of the book describes in great detail the complete construction of one of these fantastic cars including many photographs showing the entire build process from start to finish. Also included are interviews with Richard Oakes (the designer) as well as Sam Cobley and Mike Mcbride who both ran companies in the UK and USA that manufactured this unique vehicle
