Navy Chow: the Recipes

We all complained about Navy chow-- Navy food prepared by Navy cooks that we waited in line to get on a metal tray. But we are also nostalgic about some military food, especially Navy food- arguably a step above Army food! This book provides authentic recipes for many of the Navy recipes you remember so fondly (?) Chipped beef, minced beef on toast, Hodge Podge, choice of bug juices, chicken tenderloins a la Navy, nostalgic chocolate delights, and so on and on. I have even thought of starting a restaurant featuring Navy Chow! Any takers?
