Someone is stealing the MiliTech’s secrets and selling them to the competition/enemy. And EL5 operative Jeremy Blakes has been assigned to find out who it is, and stop the leak. What the MiliTech doesn’t know is that the LOCI cerebral implant they have supplied Blakes has developed a mind of its own.
