The breaking news consisted of rapid-fire snippets of video that seemed to have been filmed in Hell. A reporter looked nervously over his shoulder at the black cloud that surged down the city street. Too late, he decided to abandon the story and run. While the camera rolled, he was engulfed in the black cloud and stripped to a skeleton. Before the bones could fall to the street, they were devoured also. Chaotic, shaky videos followed. From the window of an office building, a camera tracked panicked people stampeding down the street, trampling anyone who fell. They were all quickly overtaken by the dark cloud. The camera continued filming even after the black locusts had consumed the camera operator. Quick clips taken on personal video cameras were coming in from around the world. One showed the sky over Beijing dark with roiling clouds of the black locusts. Another showed the progress of the black cloud as it rolled through the streets of downtown London. And then it gets weird.
