This is the second volume of poems published by the author, following the four themes established in Book I.
A poem should excite
emotions, expressing
the poet’s own mood;
sadness, whimsy, joy,
even anger. It may be
‘different’ but, in its
language, must not be
elite nor should its
allusions be obscure.
Poetry, today, should
be accessible, so as to
stimulate recollections
or new ideas that the
readers believe they
share with the poet.
