Vanessa Stanley

Vanessa Stanley is a mischievous girl with high spirits, almost going into middle school. Her life is normal-- school, snobby girls, homework, and allowances. But when Jefferson Elementary announces a bake sale, Vanessa and her friends Ashley and Anna suddenly find themselves in a position they never experienced. The three bake hundreds of cherry pies, thanks to their neighbors, to sell. After results, though, Vanessa is still not satisfied and does something that will turn her from a normal person into a hero. This light-hearted novel shows the meaning of true friendship, kindness, family, fun, and charity.
