Daniel McQueen Descendants

Grandchildren of Daniel McQueen (who came from Scotland to settle in S.C.) and Ruth Jenkins, of Horry CO, S.C., including Daniel (1780-1873), John (1782-1858), James (1786-1832), Samuel (1788-1863), and Thomas (1790-1853) and a sister traveled from South Carolina to Lowndes County, AL, in 1822, where they settled. Some descendants moved on to LA and TX, but the majority remained in Lowndes and Montgomery counties to this day and are traced in this genealogical account.
