This book is about what Jesus lived. I offer a discourse, not just to quote what he said, but to get a deeper understanding of what he taught. While we can worship Jesus, I believe Jesus would rather have us understand why he lived as he did, and for us to live as he lived.
One of the most profound statements in Biblical history is found in a letter from John. It reads:
“God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.” 1 John 4:16.
This quote exemplifies what Jesus asked us to do: make our thoughts, words and actions come from love.
