Introduction by the Author
My son and his family moved to Arkansas to enjoy life there. They lived on a 20-acre farm and soon they had several animals, a horse and some cows. The story is true. I wrote the poem after talking with my son about his adventures with his animals. The last part was added in hopes that the many blended families we know may find a way to work their differences and make their situations better.
I hope you find this story both entertaining and helpful.
