Lights In Motion is a book of experimental photographs where the only subject were stationary lights. Using special techniques with the camera, R.D. Luellen makes the lights come to life. None of the Photographs were retouched, adding a sense of urgency and realism to the work. It is R.D. Luellen's first Book of Photographs.
