For the Love of Color: A Meditative Exploration of Color Through Design
This ebook may not meet accessibility standards and may not be fully compatible with assistive technologies.
Sometimes it’s good to get lost in a completely different world. With that in mind, an artist and illustrator shares twenty unique, single sided, full-page images that encourage reflection, self-expression, and inner peace.
Rebecca Loechler is a self-taught artist who intertwines personal flair with a unique exploration of many themes including animals, places, mandalas and more. Loechler also shares the story of her personal chronic health struggles and its connection with her artwork.
*COLORING MATERIAL RECOMMENDATIONS:
The paper in the book is relatively light weight. Colored pencils, alcohol based markers/pens (Sharpies, Copic Markers, Prismacolor Markers, etc.), and Gel pens work best. Water based markers (water soluble markers such as Crayola markers, Tombow dual tip art markers, etc.) can raise and smudge the printed ink. Permanent markers will bleed through the page, but as long as you lay a sheet of paper under the page you are coloring to protect the following image, it isn’t an issue.
