This is a collection of real life experiences put to poem and song from a black man who was medically pronounced dead two separate times,did 21 years in prison in 4 different states shot 5 time's seen 2 brothers murder and every type of pain hurt and suffering humanly possible to live through that man is me and guy's like me rarely if ever get a chance to tell their story because death, prison or addiction interrupts there possibilities but god saw fit for me to be able to put my pin to pad and write about some wrongs as well as joy's sorrows and disappointments although my journey is not complete my days of hopelessness and despair have come to and end because i have found that the greatest love and joy is the love and joy of ones self
