The Most Ancient Lives of Saint Patrick

In this volume are collected five of the earliest works about the life of Saint Patrick, including those he wrote himself, the Confession and the Epistle to Coroticus, the Metrical Life of St. Patrick written by St. Fiech in 493, the Tripartite Life of St. Patrick written by St. McEvin in 510, and the Life of St. Patrick by Jocelin, written later, in 1185. This book is a reprint of an edition by the same title published in 1904 by P. J. Kenedy. It has been fully re-typeset in imitation of the original, with the original illustrations.
