THE PASTORAL CARE OF THE PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED

It is with great interest that I read this book written by Rev Fr Joyzy Pius Egunjobi of the Catholic Diocese of Oyo in Nigeria. This is because of my passion to enrich my own knowledge in handling issues relating to persons with disabilities. What this book succeeded in pointing out to me as I read from page to page is the undesirable gap that human beings have created between the living word of god as reflected in the different chapters where many scriptural passages were copiously quoted and the way majority of people live and deal with neighbors, even after knowing that we are all created in the image and likeness of God.
