Before, During and After the Korean War
a short novel about life above, in and below the Democratic People’s Republic (with images)
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
This novel is about how North Korea became the Democratic People's Republic (DPR), even though there was nothing democratic or republican about a communist government over the Korean people. In this tale we delve into the need for Christians to pray for North Korea, a country whose leaders make citizens bow down to statues. Those Koreans who lived there during the Korean War and survived had kids - and since their government makes it illegal to seek God, they need the church worldwide to address the Lord for them. But they are not the only ones who need the tears of the saints: the men who fought in North Korea for the liberty of Koreans had to return to their home countries and live with the battles in their heads. Therefore, this story is a call to intercession for them too. And not only for them, but for their children, who have had to live with adults who carried the scars of war - a war which was fought to do away with a godless form of government in the Far East. What is more, North Korea should not be ignored: some have escaped, and many wish to. Perhaps North Korea will be conquered by good men soon, and no doubt it eventually will - this meditation is a start in the right direction.
