Slot Car Magazine – July 2017

Following on from the UK Festival in May that we aren’t mentioning anymore (whoops there's a big article on it by Gary Cannell), we have a few more new car tests than we normally have, hopefully sufficiently up-to-date to still be of interest. What is laughingly called ‘my bank account’ is in for a stern test over the coming months, with some great new and forthcoming releases. On the subject of which, I mention at the end of my Capri test that I would very much like to see the Brian Muir Wiggins Teape car released. We got very close to getting one a few years back, now it seems that it might again be a possibility, IF there are sufficient pre-orders placed. Now, there’s your chance to make your poor old editor a very happy man indeed! I hope you all enjoy this issue. I know I did! Ric
