Rich Aquino's Original and Not-So-Original Recipes

I hope that you find many useful recipes here in my first cookbook. I will spend many hour searching for different recipes and then I would rather go home and cook than go out to eat. I first started cooking for myself in my Mom and Dad's drive-in restaurant in Spokane Washington. It was not what I would call gourmet cooking but I discovered the type of foods I liked to eat.
