This book explores why respect is innate and should be given to all human beings simply because they are human, and why we should all learn to love and respect ourselves in order to actively change our world.

We need to understand how we, as individuals truly define ourselves, deal with inner turmoil and hurt, and learn how to evolve into the individuals that we secretly want to be. Learning to respect yourself and others is the first step to that.
