The Journey of Wellness

Being healthy is a journey that starts before birth and if traveled well, will not end. It is all about choices and for now you have the choice. If we don't get our drugs we will die, is a comment we may expect from a drug addict. It was made by an addict, who has been nurtured, trained, educated, encouraged and addicted to believe in the absolutes of the Medical. The Journey of Wellness offers a road-map, if you will, out of the dysfunctions and dangers of the Medical to the empowerment of health self control.
