The Life of the Tamil poet-saint Manikkavacagar

The Tiruvilaiyadal Puranam by Paranjoti Munivar recounts the holy sports of Lord Siva in the city of Madurai. This book gives the Tamil text with English translation of chapters 58-61 of that work, consisting of a biography of the Tamil poet-saint Manikkavacakar, with particular emphasis on those events within it which transpired in Madurai itself.
