'Civilization Under Siege' is a story of humanity's future. Earth's humanity are, in typical human fashion, resisting their scheduled consciousness upgrade. The Fifth All-situations Response Team is dispatched to help the humans get back on track. CUS is the story of the team's adventures through the massive changes confronting us all. After many trials, tribulations and adventures the consciousness upgrade is implemented along with a corresponding new, non-complex, viable civilisation.
