
This publication is a brief report about how I personally lost 12 pounds in only 8 weeks by adopting a few common-sense weight loss methods, exercises, and nutritional foods, but only those that I would actually enjoy. I knew that if these lifestyle changes were something I dreaded, I would not be able to continue long enough to reach my target weight. My report includes tips about how it is possible to be on a weight loss plan, but still eat out. It suggests ways to exercise efficiently, without spending hours and hours each week getting it done.
