About Ronald Kuest

Ron is a pharmacist by education and training but his career has taken him far beyond the prescription counter. Ron has been Executive Secretary of the Washington State Board of Pharmacy. He organized and developed the State Crime Laboratory System and the State Drug Control Assistance Unit under the Washington State Patrol. For the past 30+ years, Ron and his wife, Pat have been the principals in MBG Management Services, Inc., a human resources consulting company, focusing on helping employers address the issues of employees experiencing a crisis due to drug and alcohol abuse.Ron is also a principal in Kuest and Robinson, LLC, a conflict resolution consulting firm. Ron has served as a deacon/elder at Evergreen Christian Community, in Olympia Washington for 27 years. Ron's ministry, the Institute for Spiritual Leadership Training is his driving passion and gets expressed through training, writing, the Spiritual Leader Trait Assessment and coaching.
