Because they also tell part of the story. As a special treat, this time, they include the mashing details. Where the brewing records included them. And the temperatures weren’t in code. Tables galore, of course. About anything that has numbers. Hops, malt, gravities, output, grists, and loads more. I hope you have more fun reading them than I had assembling them.
