Red Stick Rail: Urban Schemas for Baton Rouge, Louisiana

This study investigates the feasibility of creating a Light-Rail Transit system in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It argues that a LRT would not only allow the restructuring of the city, but also that this restructuring would largely pay for the LRT system.
