From 1988 to 2020, Grammas’ Kitchen served the small town of Mansfield, Pennsylvania delicious, homestyle food curated by owners and sisters Margaret Morgan and Eleanor Trask. Customers came from near and far to enjoy the self described “farm-food” that was familiar to their own upbringings. From hearty breakfasts to delectable desserts (like their famous “chocolate chip cookies”), the restaurant, food, and staff were as much a staple of the community as any other establishment for miles around northern PA. Only after Grammas’ Kitchen closed in 2020 was the loss to the community truly felt. The owners’ surviving family, as well as the dedicated employees, wished the memory to carry on and put together this cookbook to fill your homes and hearts.
