The gene, the individual, and the AI are three units, each holder of a command/policy making unit. Of these three, the gene is blind and cannot be identified as a subject, while the two other units (the individual and the AI) respectively have the position of a subject and have the potential of being a subject. Since we can neither _nor do we want to_ prevent the growth and development of technology, and at the same time we take the potential risk of superiority of so-called artificial intelligence over homo-sapiens' so-called natural intelligence serious, we consider finding a way to turn that threat into an opportunity necessary. Proponents of the mind-uploading manifest, much earlier, have proposed and defended their alternative for this purpose, a point which has been described intelligence explosion, or technological singularity. Opponents, on the other hand, have so far only rejected and criticized it negatively, offering no alternative to such a crisis. This proposal, while confirming some of these negative criticisms, presented an alternative labeled as internalization versus the mind-uploading manifest, and while confessing to its speciesism has attempted to say YES to a particular path of genetic engineering on a philosophical but practical level with the least technical entering into details. That is a kind of biotechnology which is the expression of telecommunication characteristic within the human genome, to an alternative point which we call it genetical singularity. We consider the subject matter of our research to be important in terms of its importance to the human species, and we prefer to risk even at the cost of making mistakes rather than to leave it for whatever reason, such as human temporary suffering or complexities of current human rights.
