Children of the Fallen Snow

Sai Sai Go No Kwe, meaning Woman of the Fallen Snow, who at age seventeen married into the auspicious French Canadian Rocbert de la Morandiere family. Ultimately, she became the mother of a family that evolved into four distinct cultures across North America: Indigenous, French-Canadian, Canadian Metis, and modern American. This is their story.
