Two Years in New York City

Writer/editor Sarah Protzman Howlett bought a one-way ticket to New York City in 2007 at age 24, with no job and no apartment waiting on the other end. "Two Years in New York City" is a series of impressions, written as they happened, about the creation of a life from the ground up, punctuated with tales of confusion, clarity, work, dating, frustration, humor and happiness. The response to "Two Years in New York City" inspired Sarah to launch NewNewYorkers.info, the only blog specifically dedicated to young people new to the five boroughs.
