MAEXIE was a wonderful mother to us, Ivan, Micha and Sascha. her three children. She also loved both her family (Regenstreif and Ortlieb), and that of our father (Illich and Katalinić) In 1943, after the death of our Grandfather, Pucki, the forced sale of his beautiful home, Pötz, and the death of our father, Papa Piero, she left Vienna alone with us and we spent three months in Split. The most amazing Christmas gift for us was this collection of photographs of our ancestors and the places they lived in.
