Out in the country is a guy name Milton Deck who has to watch over a farm while the family is away for the summer. There he meets a horse that seems to be reading a magazine. Her name is Cold Stare because of the gaze she always gives. The two have a conflict but in the end, it gets worked out by her simply talking him into it by kicking a plastic bucket into a boulder. After that he makes her promise him that no one will find out. When he calls it a day, she heads back for the stable only to see a group of four guys known as the Blackmailers drive off. Cold Stare pursues them in order to keep her promise to Milton. The Blackmailers have no idea what lies ahead for them.
