A little bit over a year after April pulled off a perfect victory at getting the ruby of the underground temple, she is on another treasure hunt but this time by force. A rival named Gabe Pennywise has kidnapped her along with a man she was once in a relationship with. Gabe wants her to get him the pearl of the undersea temple. He has all the information over how to get it but the fear of being killed bothers him, so he decides to force April into getting it for him. Having no choice April descends into the sea and heads off to get the prize. Once again, she must face a number of traps inside in order to get it and she blames the 15th anniversary of a 2003 film for her misfortune.
