Jim and Mick are twins who angrily have to watch their neighbors across the street and to the right of their house cartoon anthropomorphic pets. Their parents promised they would do it without asking them first. Both do it in order to not get in trouble, but these pets aren’t interested in just being watched. Vicious Emily and Frisky the Cat have something else in mind.
