Out in a place known only as the World System sits only four planets. Only one supports life and is filled with all kinds of different life forms. The world is not peaceful and wars are known for happening a lot. Now another one has broken out caused by the evil Dr. Animal Lectur. He has been missing for years waiting for the perfect time to attack. His forces are unusual but effective in a big way. After President Chimp learns of the assault coming, he decides to send a criminal named Star Jackal to go after Dr. Animal Lectur who they find on the fourth planet of the system. Star Jackal will get a pardon when the job is done so in order to get his freedom, he sets out to take on the evil doctor and end his reign of terror before it can begin.
