Road-map for the United States of Africa

The argument is not whether or not Africa should unite but rather how? How can it be done in a sensible yet credible and orderly way? Backed by the historical precedent of the United States of America, I put forward a simple four-step plan leading to the creation and running of The United States of Africa including: A Unity Treaty, A Constitutional Convention, Popular Ratification plan of the draft constitution of the United States of Africa and,a Procedure for the orderly implementation of that constitution . Also included are a draft Unity Treaty and,a possible constitution for The United States of Africa. A translation,in French, of the above plan is included in the second portion of the book.
