"There is power in getting back up." Life has a way of knocking us down; they just differ from person to person. Though we dread the pains that come along with life's altering trials and tribulations; there is so much beauty the getting back up from colliding with the pains and tribulations we face. I have a saying, "when things go wrong you really find out how good you are," and you do. We tend to find ourselves and our purpose when we choose to get back up. This is because you have to become who you need to be to get back up, to move, to fly, to thrive.
